I need one technology/program.
In Siliguri there are some local Gaushalas where Milk is distributed to public in daily basis. Currently the system is, for example,
I need 2 kg milk daily from Gaushala. So, I applied for the same. The Gaushala committee gave me 60 tokens @Rs.45/- for 30 days milk. I paid advance for tokens Rs. 2700/-. Now daily I carry 2 tokens for 2 kg milk.
The Gaushala Committee is facing problem to conduct all the records management as they are doing all the things manually and then entering them in Busy Program(software).
I thought of providing them such a technology that. All the people who needs milk daily from Gaushala will carry a prepaid smart card . When they visit Gaushala to take milk, they will swipe their smart card in machine and the machine will show the available balance amount . After showing the balance one need to enter the required amount of milk in KG and then the person delivering milk will provide the required milk to the card holder . The entry will be recorded in the system automatically.The amount can be reloaded in the card again.
I want to know is there anybody providing such technology and what is the investment to implement this system. And one thing more automatic ATM like machine is not required because the committee members will be delivering the milk .
