I Would love to make an Outlet for Samosa. #SamosaLove

Hello Everyone,

                      I’ve been having this idea for some time now. The idea is simple, as the heading suggests – a wonderful joint for Samosas which are very affordable along with Tea, I’d like to make it a brand. (Main focus would be the Samosa where we’ll have different varieties – aloo, onion, mixed, chicken, mutton, paneer , etc)

I’ve done some research on the same, I haven’t seen well established brands for Samosa. I know we have a very huge market for the same where North Indians love to have it during the first half of the day and the south Indians in the evenings ( So a good business throughout the day).

What are the things I need to keep in mind? 4P’s, then?

How do I make sure the taste is uniform all the days initially then when expanding, how to maintain the same taste throughout various outlets?

Any help would be of great help. Thanks from my heart.

P.S. – I also know there are different taste for different states, but as a whole when it comes to a brand, how should I maintain the same taste.
