‘Reviews’ is the heart and soul of what we do. Making Indian’s write on the web and also providing feedback for products purchased is not part of our DNA. Hence, it is a very challenging job. This person would be responsible for strategizing and executing ideas to generate reviews for the website for various categories featured on our website.
Job Responsibilities
1. Come up with innovative ideas of making users write reviews.
2. Manage/Hire interns who write reviews for us.
3. Manage/Hire Campus Ambassadors who promote our website in various campuses across India.
4. Promote our website in various communities and special interest groups – ex – Book Lovers club, New Mom’s club, Bikers club
5. Arrange events to promote our website
The key traits we are looking at
1. Never Say Die Attitude ( Seriously, because the problem is challenging)
2. Leadership qualities
3. Great persuasion and communication skills
4. Hard working
5. Ability to think differently
6. Methodical approach to tasks
7. Target oriented
8. Good understanding of Web, Internet, Excel, Word Doc etc
