We are Paper Greeting Cards Company called 21fools.com and have started our operations from Mumbai this April.
21fools‘ sole motive has been and will always be, to make this world a happier place.
This Independence day, we want to reach out to those soldiers who selflessly guard us at the borders. We plan to send Greeting Cards to them with the support of the Indian Army. This will be a “Thank You” gesture from the whole country. For the same we have already designed the Greeting card which is a collaboration of people from all the 28 states of the country.

Sir,
Thanks a lot for bringing it to our notice. We would work on it asap and change it. The greeting cards would be delivered by 21fools directly to the soldiers on the border, however we would require the Billing Details of the person buying the card. For the time-being you can go ahead with the “Ship to this address” option.

Sir we are trying to find a better solutions to this issue. However the regulations of the payment gateways makes it necessary for to pass on billing and shipping details both to them.

Sir, We have sorted out the issue and made it clear at our checkout page, where and how the greeting cards are going to get delivered.
Also, we have all the necessary permissions from the Indian Army to do this initiative and their help & support is with us.

Hi the UX is frustrating , clicked on add to cart , got the message the cart is empty – continue shopping
Went back , changed quantity , clicked add to cart again , again the same message.

Hi Himanshu, It might be just an one time communication issue. We have been handling orders since last 15days. I just went through the process myself as well. It might be a one time problem due to some communication failure.
