INDEPENDENT BUSINESS ASSOCIATE – Profit Sharing Basis Only

Please note that this is not a salaried position but an entrepreneur based assignment and our Independent Business Associates like Manufacturers Representatives, are compensated on “profit sharing basis only”

Take advantage of your entrepreneurial spirit, knowledge and business contacts. Your function would be to contact companies in your area that are already buying or need to begin buying from the U.S., Latin America, India or China and would like to use My U.S. Buyer for their sourcing and procurement.

If that company becomes a client of My U.S. Buyers’ we will pay you an initial commission of between 25% & 50% for any profit and determined by your overall involvement in the introduction, negotiation, ongoing transactions and after-sales support of any orders that are placed with us for export to your clients. If that client becomes a repeat customer of My U.S. Buyer you will continue to receive a minimum of 10% & 25%, determined by your continued involvement on future transactions and 10% for a period of 1 year from the last time you actively engage in any transaction involving that client.

How Does it Work

We are seeking individuals and companies that have the capacity to contact local businesses of all types that already import from the U.S., Latin America, India or China and are looking for a U.S. based company to manage all of part of their sourcing and procurement.

Your involvement could be as simple as finding leads for us and we will follow up, leaving you with no other responsibility regarding the prospective client.

Alternatively, you can take a larger role in the follow ups, negotiations and transactions. Commissions would be agreed between us on an individual client bases.

You can work under your own personal name or under our company name, My U.S. Buyer Ltd.

How Will My U.S. Buyer Support Me

My U.S. Buyer will provide the entire back office for you, if that is the way you would like to work, or we can provide only the services you will not be providing to the client yourself.

Once you pass on a potential client to us for example we will follow up alone or together with you, with the objective of securing some of their import business.

My U.S. Buyer will provide the sourcing, negotiation, procurement and logistics services as needed.

Once we have determined the area you would like to work in and or the industry you would like to target we will assign that location and or industry exclusively to you for a period of time leading to permanent exclusive representation.
