Just one thought, when I look at the pic in the post, while the text seems great, the window with the bars struck me as a little odd for a job posting. I am not quite sure if it gives the right impression to potential candidates.
Just offering my 2 cents since I like what you guys do.
This one may not may not seem feasible, will have to do some backend calc to work out economics etc
..how about opening up another segment under marketplace/Ecom…u hav ur own creative line going, in addition u can let brands either create dre own stores & sell Greeting cards or u start selling them thus opening up a pure play Ecom segment as well, probably shipping charges can be levied on dis segment..understand dre could be issues specific to margins etc but believe dre r workarounds if d concept makes sense & looks feasible..
