So this time, after a long time, we had VCs in the house! Not one, but two dynamic VCs – Rajan Mehra (Co-founder & MD, Nirvana Venture Advisors) and Arihant Patni (Managing Director at Hive Technologies) discussed what’s inside the mind of a VC with Alok with no barriers at all. The audience was floored by the honest conversation they had. We were nearly 250 rodinhooders and we didn’t want this session to end at all.

If someone else would like to share more learnings or document some highlights, quotable quotes – that would be really awesome (we’ll give you credit, of course!). Most of us present there were either tweeting our thumbs off or simply spellbound by the goldmine of insights Rajan & Arihant shared with us. Straight from their heart, about what goes on inside a VC’s mind…. 🙂
Apparently, there was an audio issue while recording; Sanket has tried fix it. Do raise the volume if need be – Alok has asked some great questions to both VCs so you don’t want to miss a single word!! He was at his ‘creative moderator’ best :).
We ran out of time, and though many rodinhooders had questions for the VCs, we had to wrap the session. Pls feel free to ASK the VC here, and we will try to curate the best and source the answers from Rajan or Arihant depending on their availability. No promises, but we can always try :).
PS: I’ve gotta share this with you – Rajan actually told me he’s never seen such an engaging startup event before!!! He stayed on after his session and hung out with many rodinhooders! And as soon as Arihant left, he sent us an email saying he loved the energy and would love to remain connected with the community!!! So kudos to all of you for being your awesome selves!

Rajan is so true. I have also attended other startup events. What was missing their I found it at TRHS Delhi open house. Best part is Sharing real problem of your fledgeling enterprise and all contribute to solve it. I guess we need to extend that session time.
