Hi TRH group,
My name is Ravi and in job search after 10+ years. Have worked on startup/product dev firms in USA and India (10 years back). When I approach startups, people are offering equity only. No salary as such. How do u decide, how much equity is good? And what to ask? How do you that firm is good?
Needless to say, in job advs they would mention millions (of salary). After talking to them, I found it is zero million.
