Weekly Team Planning and Review of Performance
Scheduling Demo’s of projects at various milestones
Code Review of tech team
Gap Analysis and filling the same for the tech team
Ensuring the delivery of projects on time as per the agreed terms on contract for the clients
Key Areas – Planning and Hiring
Defining Company Road Map from Technology perspective for 3 years and executing the same
Recruitment Plan and Hiring talent based on the plan
Vendors for outsourcing the projects
Key Areas – Sales Support Department (tech support to sales team)
Pre Sales Processes and documentation
Marketing and PR activities to make our company visible in Tech forums available
Pitching the company for New Sales and Clients to Nirav’s network (post a month)
Introducing new technologies to the team (Ruby on rails)
Learn existing technologies to complete ongoing project perfectly used in the company (namely yii)
Product Ideation and Innovation
