Ok here is my story.
Recently I flew Jet four times and did not get any points though I have a Jet Privilege membership. Their system does not recognize my name. I have sent emails after emails to them asking to change my name so that it matches that on my passport. But their advice is to quote the name or change my name to match what they have in their system. Isn’t that ridiculous? I just cannot understand why they cannot add extra space for the last name. Unfortunately I have a long last name.
I presented my jet privilege number to the counter when I checked in and the representative at the counter told me that the name is not matching and she cannot do anything about it. The funny thing is that she being a Jet employee is going through the same and their customer care of IT department is not willing to correct it.
I had a similar issue with Aeroplan membership and just one email is all it took to correct the issue. My name is still wrong on their card, but no issues when I quote the number when booking or checking in.
Is anyone else having the similar issue out there?

Jetprivilege was recently hived off as a seperate company, and I thought they should care more than what they did.
Anyways, it is good to be infinitely patient….
