Join Me In A Journey To Fitness And Wealth

I want to be fit. I want to be wealthy.

Can you identify with these statements? Are these your personal goals too? Maybe not both, but at least one of them?

If your answer is YES to any of the above statements, let’s move ahead and chart our path to both, to fitness and wealth.

The journey isn’t easy. Trust me, I’ve tried. And so I want you to join me in my journey, in our journey toward fitness and wealth. I’m positive we can do much more together than we could have done on our own.

And just how? Before I get on with it, a quick background about where I’m coming from, what are my reasons.

I quit my job four years back to start my company and we’re working hard to generate wealth. We’re fairly successful in the business, but that isn’t enough.

I’ve gone down in health too over the years. One week of pulsating pain in the chest saw me straight on the heart surgeon’s desk. And I’m only 34! Thank god I didn’t let him. I chose to change my lifestyle and most importantly my diet.

Two months later, I was down by 10 kgs and feeling fitter and happier.

Of course, once you achieve that goal, you tend to relax. You procrastinate. Let me eat this just once. No problem if I skip my walks for a few days.

And before time, you realise you’ve put those 10 kgs back on!

So here I am. Writing to your better sense that doing it alone isn’t easy. If I have your encouragement and support and vice versa, we can achieve our goals together!

So here are my goals.

Once you sign up and receive my first email, please share your goals with me too. And for the sake of setting goals that are ambitious yet achievable, I will be setting new goals every quarter. 

Fitness Goals – February 1 to April 30

  1. Lose 10 kgs.
  2. Be able to run a continuous 5k.
  3. Get cholesterol in check (without medication).

I will be sharing my progress weekly (weight loss) with statistics and specific fitness regimen as well as diet and its impact.

Wealth Goals – February 1 to April 30

  1. Formally launch our marketing agency for mobile apps – Apprise.
  2. Sign up two clients each month for mobile app marketing services.
  3. Publicly launch my marketing automation SaaS product – MailCaddy and get our first 100 paying customers.
  4. Launch a mobile app that helps you give up your bad habits and productivity killers.
  5. Finish my first book, make it ready for publishing and begin work on the second.
  6. Help my mom launch her web-based product – Vedic Math for learning how to do simple to complex calculations in a jiffy and on your fingertips.

I will be sharing specific weekly tactics and strategies and their impact on each of areas. I will be as specific and transparent as it can get so that you can learn from my mistakes or successes and implement for your own startup.
