Legal education startup looking for a sales superhero

We are a 1 year old startup – started by 3 passionate people. The focus of our business is on legal education.

From day 1, we focussed on these: products, customers and sales. Right from the beginning, we were cash positive. Not only that – we have been very, very profitable throughout.

We crossed 1 crore revenue mark while we still had just 3 full time employees (just the founders) within a year. We built fabulous courses, convinced Universities to work with us – and found hundreds of students who paid a premium price. We have built a good reputation for ourselves as an online education provider with a difference within this short time.

However, all of our leads were generated online. Our research shows that there is great opportunity to cultivate the offline market as well. We can get franchises, colleges and other nodal points on board – and this can increase sales and revenue massively.

Our office is now in Saket, New Delhi. We have about 6 full time employees including the founders and a handful of part time employees too. We experienced rapid growth in the last few months.

It is high time that we ramp up – both offline and online sales.

We are looking for the following kind of people to help us to achieve this:

1. We need a sales superhero – a guru who can take the sales our courses from where it is to the next orbit. Someone who has done it before with a different product. Someone who has worked on building channel sales ground up. Someone who can go and convince engineering and management colleges to use our courses to increase employability of their students all over India. Someone who can bring various education franchisee businesses who sell distance courses from IGNOU or MGU to professionals to take on board our courses. This will be a full time position in Delhi (at least for the first few months, later you can live wherever you would as long as the job is done).

1. We need someone who can help us streamline our digital marketing – SMM, SEO, optimizing landing pages for better conversion, building email marketing and content marketing. We do all of these already – we need someone who can do it better than us. It can be a full time position or just a consultant role. As usual, as long as the work is done, the person can be based out of anywhere.
