Responsibilities include :
– Chatting with online visitors, and providing them assistance in selecting new products, and completing their transactions
– Providing quick reference to visitors if they are seeking any help for a particular product or a particular ailment. Need to have quick fingers.
– Co-ordinating with the back-end logistics team to provide support to customers, about their order status
– Upselling and Cross-selling products which might be a relevant to a Customer, after you know their Buying Intent
– Following up with old leads and customers, via e-mail and converting them into customers, or repeat purchasers.
– Entering your chat transcripts, and recording all chat and e-mail leads, into Zoho CRM
– You may be required to handle 5 concurrent chats at the same time.
– Raise any critical issues to the Team Lead, or the doctor, and send an email to the doctor, in case the customer needs medical help.
– Quickly reference articles from Nirogam’s blog to assist the visitor in quickly arriving at a decision.
Candidates having past experience in working in Customer Service, Chat Support can apply. Students fresh out of Ayurvedic colleges, willing to help people, and gain exposure to a wide spectrum of potential customers and patients can also apply.
