Looking for Co-Founders for 2 companies I want to start

About the 2 companies I want to start :

Company 1 :

This is a Job Portal focused on a niche segment.

Company 2:

This is a classified listing portal + Call Center focused on the education industry.

What am I looking for :

Co-Founders who have relevant exposure based on the segment of above 2 companies.You will be driving the company and will be the face of the company.

What can I offer to you :

Equity and Commitment of basic salary,

I will be investing the money required for design and development and marketing of the website. Will be using my existing infrastructure for office space till we grow to a level where the company can afford one on its own.

About me
I have 2 companies , Tekno Point ( www.teknopoint.in ,Since 12 YEARS ) and CloudThat ( www.cloudthat.in Since less then a year ) both focused on training and consulting service on niche segments.
