Looking for Digital Marketing Manager – eCommerce

ACK Media is looking for a dynamic professional with online/digital operations expertise, who thrives in a high energy environment.

 The position will focus on driving strategies to ultimately lead to new customer acquisitions through improved online traffic, conversions, and ultimately revenue. 

Key Responsibilities:

ü  Conceptualize and manage all digital/online marketing campaigns including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising and social media promotions, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing, Retargeting, and Remarketing campaigns.

ü  Identifying new online marketing opportunities and trends and implementing the same in our strategy.

ü  Creating an in-house affiliate marketing programme for both India & International by finding new websites, Daily affiliate management including on-going development and deployment of fresh marketing creative,affiliate Communications, monitor affiliate activity, analyse performance, develop new alliances, Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonus offers, Develop annual affiliate campaign calendar and rollout plans, Have aggressive targets for the conversions from affiliate marketing initiatives.

ü  Tracking and evaluation of marketing initiatives, performance measurement and reporting for all online advertising and email marketing campaigns with focus on ROI Optimization

 ü  Execute, and track monthly email newsletters.Assist with the development, segmentation, execution and reporting of email marketing campaigns.Getting email templates & targeted landing pages designed and HTMLized for maximum conversions. Ensuring best email service providers for on-time delivery of marketing mailers.

 ü  Work with design and production team to develop marketing banners, ads, emails and collateral, improvise on the existing websites design and develop new websites, revamp online marketing material and email marketing campaigns. 

ü  Liaise with technology, design, finance, product, other internal departments and external SEM, SEP and Email marketing agencies for implementation and execution of campaigns.

ü  Managing development and execution of mobile marketing initiatives

ü  Develop and maintain annual, seasonal, monthly and daily strategies and calendars and budgets for content across all channels

ü  Develop and maintain strategic online affiliate marketing partners

Skills Required:

·         Minimum 2-3 years of experience into Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing.

·         Graduation in any stream. Post-Graduation Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Business related field.

·         Ability to respond quickly to critical issues and roadblocks. 

·         You can quickly grasp a brand, its voice and what is its customer’s value.

·         You have knowledge of SEO, SEM and maximize opportunities on social media and you are passionate about digital marketing. 

·         You have experience with e-mail marketing and hopefully can code HTML

·         ·         You have strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

·         You are internet savvy and love to explore new sites/platforms etc.
