Hi all,
I am a part of a startup called GreedyGame Media and we have developed a tool(SDK) that when fitted in the games will allow certain elements of the games be replaced with branded assets at the run time.
This will result in a highly contextual in-game advertising of the brands and game developers can benefir through it on a large scale.
We gave reach to brands and our tool is cross platform plus concentrated on mobiles.
Interested developers can contact here or can reach us at greedygame.media@gmail.com
In the meantime, you can check our website: https://www.greedygame.com

Sounds extremely simple, but as a Games Company CEO who has 45 million downloads, I think what you are stating is either:
– what exists – video ads and interstitials that companies like Vungle and Ad Colony offer and are mediated by MoPub
– something like ‘advergames’ that are not scalable.
Please add IMAGES of your solution to this post? Then it will become clear

What we are working on is actually different from both of these existing options.
I agree with the problem of scalability in advergames mentioned by you. Also in the first alternative the ads placed are ineffective and at times irritating; and our platform is precisely aimed to solve the pain-points of both of these alternatives; annoying and ineffective ads in the former and non scalability of the latter.
As a solution to the former option’s problem we enable a seamless blending of branded assets in the game environment in a native manner. This further allows ads to be placed without any distraction between gamers and the games.
Our offering is a portable sdk or library which the developers need to integrate once. He can then select game-objects which can be replaced /skinned with branded assets during the ad- campaign.
This link illustrates the concept in one of the games developed on Unity. The game has a spaceship which is first replaced by Pepsi asset and then by Mountain Dew asset with only one plug-in used by developer ONLY ONCE.

Thanks. Got it. We have several games that would fit the bill.
Consider the “Hoarding” in Turbo Cricket
However, the real challenge is SALES
Ad agencies do not like to buy ‘on-off’ ‘irregular’ ad units
That is why the IAB exists! https://www.iab.net/
The ‘insertion of dynamic ads in large console games on the fly’ was tried well by Massive Industries that MS bought and then closed

Quote “The business seemed cool. Game developers could leave blank spots in the environments of their games, such as a billboard in a realistic car racing game, and advertisers could pipe ads into those spots via broadband internet connections. Gamers would thus see a different ad periodically as they drove past the billboards. But when the recession struck in 2008, it took down the expectations for in-game ads. Rivals such as Double Fusion and IGA Worldwide all suffered for a period. Microsoft stopped talking a lot about the business. In the meantime, Microsoft’s Xbox Live online gaming service has blossomed and is itself becoming a more attractive platform for ads. “
Ps – I have a BIG IDEA
I can use these for HOUSE – ADS that change dynamically to promote OUR OWN GAMES
We are struggling with a tech to DYNAMICALLY change the icons (we call it a YoYo) that appears in the end screen
Contact me – alok@games2win.com and cc mahesh@games2win.com if you are open to letting us test the SDK for this purpose!

We would love games2win to test our technology for cross promoting your games. Arpit will connect with you and Mahesh over mail regarding the same.
