We are looking for people who can help us manage our incoming calls here at DeliveryUncle. DeliveryUncle (for more info https://www.deliveryuncle.com) is a pan India meal booking platform for people travelling by train/bus. DeliveryUncle provides its customers with a range of meal options from a variety of restaurants at multiple locations across India to choose from for their train/bus journey. With operations at 40 locations across India, DeliveryUncle is an one stop shop for ordering food for your journey all over India.
His/Her tasks :-
- He/She will be the direct contact point with our customers whom mainly reach us by phone but also by mail.
- He/She will look after our customers and respond to inquiries regarding our service.
What we expect :-
- He/She should be communicative and can assist our customers with a passion
- He/She should be customer orientated
- He/She should have good communication skills, both written and verbal
- He/She should be friendly and have honest approach to our customers
- He/She should be confident on the telephone
- He/She should have work experience in customer service
- He/She should have a good knowledge of the Internet and computers
Salary: 8K to 10K per month
Timings: 9am to 6pm (Mon – Sat)
