Versant Online Solutions is looking to hire a Sales Manager and two Sales Executives each in Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, Pune and Chennai. Additionally one senior sales executive and two junior sales executives are required.

MeraEvents is recruiting for the position of a PHP Developer.

MoozUp has openings for one Sales Manager, two Web Designers and two DotNet Developers.

Poken has an opening for one senior sales executive and two junior sales executives

Detailed Descriptions                                                                                                              

MeraEvents: Sales Manager           

Openings: 5 (one in each city)    

Location: Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Pune, Bangalore and Chennai 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
  • The performance and development of the sales representative so that each sales representative contributes in their best possible way and works towards the goals and objectives of the organization.
  • Setting targets for the sales representatives ensuring the targets are realistic and achievable.
  • Devising strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Mapping potential customers and generating leads for the organization.
  • Maintaining and improving relationships with the client.
  • Brand promotion.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management.
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
  • Experience in the entertainment industry will be a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Researching and contacting prospective clients via email or calls.
  • Understanding the customer’s need and requirement and recommend suitable the best promotion option.
  • Follow up sales leads.
  • Servicing and providing support to existing customers as well as establishing new customer bases.

Requirements:

  • 0 – 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • A positive, confident and determined approach.
  • Resilience and ability to cope with rejection.
  • Skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to flourish in a competitive environment.
