Roles & Responsibilities:
- Meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
- The performance and development of the sales representative so that each sales representative contributes in their best possible way and works towards the goals and objectives of the organization.
- Setting targets for the sales representatives ensuring the targets are realistic and achievable.
- Devising strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Mapping potential customers and generating leads for the organization.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales management.
