I have started a for-profit and not-for-profit after-college-coding-group where we are going to conduct boot-camps and other activities in college campus.
Now I may need to take money for certain activities. A college wants my group’s presence on their campus.
So should I ask the college and the teacher who is going to coordinate my group’s activities in their college to sign a M.O.U (Memorandum of Understanding) for carrying out activities in their college. Since there may be an occasion where teacher might collect money on my group’s behalf.
Or should I go on carrying my activities just on the good words of college principle and teachers
Need Advice ASAP
