I need help on market research and CDP for product development, it could be in the form of templates, documents or insights as a discussion as well. The product is an application which is cloud based, it automates the entire process a garage/ standalone service station goes through whenever a vehicle arrives for service right from customer management to managing job sheets. My market research should ideally involve initial traction, initial customer building process and thorough understanding of problems that are being faced presently by the garage/ standalone service station owners face without automation and our approach to solving each one of them in phases.
