Geeks there is nothing for you! Yes, I know that the title of my blog post is very catchy and sounds little techy but I apologize because my motive is not to troll you guys đ if in any case you can stay for a little long you will find that more or less the title is not inappropriate. My motive is little different that youâll get to know by the end of this blog post.
It was September 2012; autumn was knocking at the door and it was time to shed the old leaves and wait for the fresh ones. Everything around was so beautiful because it was all new, positive energies were flowing into my veins and arteries but wait the change was not for something good, it was like a trap! After a month or two I realized that there is something wrong and it was not working, the reason was the Master and Slave architecture around me. Yes, there was a Master and plenty of slaves.
Master: A self obsessed king of the dynasty who controls his aces not by the hunter but by some Instant Messaging shit. A complete showoff guy with the tagline “Jo Dikhta Hai Wo Bikta Hai”. Sounds like you are in some stone era of marketing? Ha! No Offense đ
Aces: The key warriors, most of the times their hands are stuck on some solid crap (the Instant Messaging tool) that you would have dumped years ago. The most surprising part is that these aces have dual identities and they know the reason why their master has given them such dignifying honor đ (aka PM1, PM2….)
Slaves: These are the people who live in an abstraction world. They are downloaded with limited knowledge and are expected to work on DIY ethics. I have a lot of sympathy for them because they are the most suppressed class.
Unfortunately I was in between these aces and slaves. My KRA was to get work done from the slaves and report to the aces. Thankfully I got a supporting ace who had given me freedom to work beyond that Master-Slave architecture and somehow that was the reason why I stayed in that closed castle for so long. Phew!
The place was suffocating because it was governed by some unilateral decisions and that’s quite similar to our country’s current political scenario, all of us are frustrated but as you know impoverished people don’t have any other choice.
Thank God, finally I am out of that trap but the only thing that will pinch me for long is that at last it was the Masterâs call with some âNo Hard Feelingsâ stupidity. Perhaps he didnât have the courage to tackle a rebel in his platoon. If you call it a leadership skill then I have two middle fingers to answer that bullshit!!
I have no hard feelings for the aces and slaves out there but have a suggestion for them:
An artist is not paid for his labor but for his vision.
Oops!! Sorry actually here’s a âVision Mismatch Errorâ đ Over and out!

I do not know how this post didnt get the attention it deserved!
Kudos for wonderful writing..
And your master didnt show his leadership skills,
He just displayed a good skill of “giving up”
Anyways, a good read.
Cheers!
