Mobile App for a restaurant based in Delhi

Dear Rodinhooders,

One of my clients a popular restaurant in Delhi is looking to develop a simple app wherein their clients can view menu items, place orders and pay using their mobile phone. It could use a log in from facebook. The app would be Android based for now.

Kaiz, why do you need an APP, when you can build a mobile and desktop website which will work on all devices seamlessly and would be cheaper then building an app.
