Need a connect at Greencart.in

Happy new Year!  So here’s a brief background on what we do and where we need help. Eatopia is an India focused food website that is a platform for interesting food content.

Our core offering is Eatopian Delights– subscription boxes of handpicked artisanal food from around India. The aim is to bring the different food cultures found across India direct to consumers’ tables, allowing them to experience the diversity of tastes and flavours found in our country.

We’ve created a platform for people making extraordinary food products to reach customers far beyond their limited geography and to build interest in the richness and diversity of our food cultures. We are looking at expanding our reach and would appreciate if anyone could help us connect with people at Greencart

  1. YOU should get an email or call from someone, in the Founder team members of Rajiv Tevtiya, Kiran Tevtiya, Gaurav Arora etc as assigned for the requirement with this reference 🙂 Do discuss the Possibilities of exploring the same once connected as well! Do update!

  3. I checked from my end as anyone looking to connect to the company as a first timer.

    The Company does not have an open contact policy their Customer service number does not have more info than what is already listed on their website too, no corporate office numbers as well for general Queries or connecting options within the departments (if any) the contact forms either do not go anywhere where it should be looked into for the purpose, or they are just there for the sake of the Option to put it there too, since had used that as listed with the specifics for the same mentioned likewise, though all the Within mentioned have been personally approached and this link has been shared too for the purpose with Tanul’s Email and Numbers on her Website’s about page as updated to connect too. 

    Did not get any updates until EOD yesterday as a LAST Try on the email or the Phone as mentioned, with all these updated on their Customer Service Numbers (Landline : 022-2263-0303, Cell Phone:08433333394 Monday through Saturday, 9:30am to 8:30pm) with their Personnel (named Bilal) for the record and the above feedback to rectify the process or update them, if they feel alright too. No other way to connect with any from the Corporate office unless known within the network personally, since they do not have or are allowed to share the Corporate office or anyones numbers too (Landline, Desk Intercom numbers or Hand Phones)

    Their Corporate and Customer Support Center Office in Mumbai is located in SOBO, Fort, Colaba Area (moved out of the older Kandivli East, Thakur Village Office).

    The Last option to do this was sought from one other Employee therein the company who was interacting and was in touch, and as suggested handling non food section personal & home care. (maybe Sushrut Munje, Bharat Ahir and some other RH’s know Gaurav Arora can ask them to get the lead too – not confirmed though)

    Send a mail at sell@greencart.co.in with the company & product profile, This mail id is marked to all the category managers, Person who is handling that category will follow up by their own, if they feel they are interested. 🙂

    Hope this Helps anyone in the Future too, looking to connect with them as well (or not) or until they update their current available communication Process 🙂
