About Us:
As a young startup, we are looking to revolutionize the way ecommerce is delivered by our partners to their consumers/users. Our focus is on big data analysis and using it to make our partners’ websites more dynamic. A few quick examples of what we want to achieve:
1. Let’s say you are a woman who has always bought skinny black jeans in size medium for retailer ‘A.’ The next time you access the jeans section in retailer ‘A’s website, we will show you all the skinny, black jeans upfront so as to save you time.
2. Let’s say I know you are looking for a football on website ‘A.’ Now, you switch to website ‘B.’ I will start showing you footballs automatically because I know you are looking from them. Now let’s say I know you like Manchester United on Facebook – using such information, I will show you the manchester united football on website ‘B.’
Our Team
We are currently three but are looking to grow quickly. All of us have similar characteristics because of which we are able to work together. We all are quick learners, love challenges and are looking to do innovative things rather than imitate / continue mundane work.
Any addition we make to our team should share similar characteristics and most importantly the person should have the appetite to deal with a startup environment – it includes having fun in the work your doing, broadening your horizons by taking on newer roles above and beyond your job description and being proactive.
Skills Needed:
1. HTML5 + CSS3 + Javascript knowledge
2. jQuery will help differentiate you as a strong candidate
3. Good Graphic Design Skills will also help weigh heavily in making our decision
4. Self-Starter. Quick Learner. Motivated. Loves Challenges. These will weigh the heaviest in decision making. We want someone who is eager, who is ready to ‘Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish,’ who will take up work and impress us; someone who will make our company their own and work to help achieve our mission.
Pay
Our pay will be very competitive and depending on the skill level, we will be able to work out a good package.
