Please help me. I need inputs regarding the Seed Funding. Recently I posted my project(Still in Idea/concept phase) on a crowdfunding site and got a response from India based VC firm. So, after basic discussion they have scheduled a Conference call with one of their VC to present my IDEA. As I am new to all this and not aware how to present my project in front of him. Though, Pitch and BP is ready, but what else should I discuss with him.
And also, how to evaluate the Valuation of my Idea, so that I can ask for the desired investment and what should I offer to him in against of his investment.
