Hello Everyone , I am Nitish Mehta ,we are in domain of providing Training and workshop to IT students and also Providing Development services like Website, application development , maintenance services .
Now What i have seen till now is that many Good emerging startups or companies lack high time with their IT team . They dont have very good team who can give a great functionality even if their domain is web-based .These are my views and want to know yours (please give me feedback )
My plan it that to provide Startup companies with Great efficient IT team(Coders, designer , SEO and SEM , application developer, cyber security expert ) and they will work for your project
Lets take an example some good person want to start a e-commerce website. He/she will go to some company to make a website they will charge something near 50,000 INR , then for application 20,000(for single platform ) , SEO and SEM per month 5,000-10,000, if we calculate this then we will see that a person or comapany needs to spend nearly 1.5 lakh for his/her site running with application and few months of SEO and SEM But the main problem starts after this he/she wil be bounded with that outsourced company for future project and he/she cannot change or include minor stuffs if they want and they will also charged high as 10,000 for including small 5 days works.
As i said that my plan is to provide all this mentioned stuffs in less than 60,000 with option to hire people who had worked in your project after completion of it.
If i want to summarize my idea I will like to say that we are providing “Sasta Majboot and tikav IT team First on rent and with option to buy it in future”
Please Give me your feedback on this,Is this solving the problem you had faced or facing currently

This is already a successful idea running by a lot of Indian IT setups for many foreign as well as local players. So, from a proof of concept point of view it is already working for hundreds of companies.
Only thing which you might want to look at is your TG i.e. most start-ups does not have money to spend on anything fancy like an application or dynamic website. Intelligent startups create that value within the team by hiring people who understand the things needed to build an idea. But having said that, there will be still a reasonable number of people who may want to use your service..
Why don’t you do a survey here as well as groups mentioning exactly what you will do for 60000 or any other price points that you plan to offer to set the expectations right and to give people a fair idea on the ROI.
Also, are you going to charge startups if they plan to hire those resources later??
I hope this will give some food for thought.
I am sure you can create value for others but please speak to more customers before proposing the entire service plan.

Thanks amit for your feedback , can you please give me some company who is providing such services And i know that many startup wont be having money for dynamic website or apps BUT My target is only IT based Startup who needs Dynamic Website and application to run business . And the price and figure are variable i haven’t thought about that yet . Main IDEA is that this will provide a already mingled team , who knows what work they need to do and also startup has tested them and worked with them + their developed product for less than 50% of market cost.
Now this is an IDEA only till now , i will be experimenting this within a month with one of startup , they have agreed with this idea.

Nitish, almost all small IT co.s are doing this. What I am suggesting is even though you will find some clients, try to build a long term sustained model.
And even if you don’t offer to provide the same resources to them, the intelligent ones i.e. the clients and your employees will find a way if they want to work together. you can also check on the integrating temp staffing in your idea if possible.
