Hi Team,
I’m Suresh… I use to work in MNC Company as Lead, in java platform …I quit my job and started IT company… I invested my savings into the company and in return I did get any revenue till this March-14.
Fortunately, one of my friends referred me, to a client and he shows interest on our services in Mobile Development and assigned two projects for development.
We have delivered one project and it’s gone to live in Google and fixing bugs. And the second project will also be live soon.
We are developing our own Android app as well, we are going to live by this month end.
Now I need your guidance.
1) How I can improve my business to generate more revenue
2) How I can provide better services so that I can increase my clients list
To promote more about company services I don’t have enough funding in hand
Sometimes I felt why I left my job, stop all these things and start looking for job.

Glad to know you have started your own business and got 2 projects also.
If you want more clients and more business you should do internet marketing for your service.
Promote your website in Google with SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Create a blog and post interesting and how to articles about your services.
Find people on internet who looking for your services and do approach to them nicely.
This will need investment but as you dont have enough funding you should do it your own.

Commit to your business. Believe in it more than anybody else.
Nobody become successful entrepreneur without facing these hurdles ,Otherwise when you will be leading a big team what you will tell to the team.one day i started my business and second day i become successful, All these hurdles become your reference point in your life.
Every entrepreneur feel like you after quitting job and not getting business. But Bravo that’s war we have to fight with our mind.I have taken a right decision and I will make it happen with grace of God.

The first mistake that every startup and compan do is just create a website without implementing basic SEO for their website. As it is the main source to get clients, first you should have plan to create website with Basic SEO implementation. It will reduce so many upcoming hurdles.
For your website:
Looks is Good, nice an clean. The only thing that bother me of your domain name not exactly matching to your business name. Show your websites services on Homepage with blocks linking to full service details. Also do put a form or something so that client will send you inquiries right from homepage.
Do some keyword research for your services using Google Keyword Planner. Find some good keywords that fit to your service and optimize website according to it.

weigh in the pros and cons of job , entrepreneurship and then decide what you wish to do at a calm time .
if you want to promote services business :
1)try and take up only 1 or 2 projects for 6 months which give you a revenue of 5 to 10 lakhs .
2) to get these projects :
hone your skills .
network , teach others
make simple interesting prototypes with cutting edge tech
identify a niche vertical domain in which you can make prototypes and try to get the project in :
example – healthcare internet of things domain -> and then go in deeper for your niche / area for services .
write a lot about interesting things you learn , come across .
buy some ads to target your customer segment specifically
try and build an email list through your writing , freebies that you can give to your customers , request estimate forms (wufoo)
hire slowly and keep costs low .
once you do couple of release cycles on big projects that get good revenue – you can easily chart out future course of action with your savings .
