NO ONE CAN STOP YOU TO SUCCEED
To all my Entrepreneur friends,
In life and in business particularly – we are quite often at the crossroads which has two ways – a short cut and a long one and both the roads march to Success – and we are confused – which one to choose.
At that moment, we should not think twice and go ahead to choose the one which is the RIGHT ONE – irrespective whether it is a short one or a long one or an easy one or a hard one – just choose the RIGHT ONE.
Many a times, we choose the wrong one due to circumstances, pressures from VC’s/ Investors or desire to be successful faster and then, some years down the line, a time comes when we make a term sheet for ourselves for self-assessment on what we have done over the years and most of the times one has to repent on the choice one took.
Now what is the definition of the RIGHT ONE?
My personal view on the RIGHT ONE is based on Panch Tatvas ( Five elements to be Successful in any Business) i.e. Customers / Vendors / Employees / Channel Partners / Environment.
Businesses should not suppress any of the Panch Tatvas or rather balance everyone i.e. Customers / Vendors / Employees / Channel Partners / Environment – or should I go further to say – that it should create a smile on everyone’s face
Delighting all the Panch Tatva will always keep us also delighted and the moment we think of deleting anyone of them – it will create imbalance or rather be the starting point of deleting our business and our own self.
Friends, irrespective of what our product / services we tend to offer and irrespective of whether we are self funded / VC funded / No-funds to start with ( in my case) – all we have to do is to plan our business and ensure that our business plans are involved / evolved / revolved through the Panch Tatvas.
Friends I am not a learned person like many of you nor have I have extensively researched that what has been the reason / cause in numbers / details of Failure of great companies whether Indian/ MNC’s, but my gut feeling tells me that it would have been mainly due to deleting atleast one of the Panch Tatvas (knowingly or unknowingly)
Like the Himalayas, I firmly believe that NO ONE CAN STOP US TO SUCCEED, not even our bad luck can stop us to Succeed – if and if we take care of the Panch Tatvas ( Five elements to be Successful in any Business)
I would love to hear your feedback / suggestions / shortcomings / recommendations and criticism also.
