Need:
More than 6 crores working executives and numerous second innings career aspirers are uncertain on their best career change/career building in India. They base their decisions on peers, relatives, friends advise, internet search and gut feel and never rely on any scientific measurement/assessment tool. A working individual change careers 5-7 times in their lifetime. No Career diagnosis tool is available to scientifically showcase your Natural skills and Learnt skills and map it to relevant occupations.
Solution:
There is a need to develop a first of its kind Indian skills centric product for working professionals (‘Occupation Predictor’), which scientifically map employee core skills to the most suited occupations. Occupation Predictor helps differentiate between transferable and job specific skill based on working executives total life learnings and scientifically predict the best suitable job roles/occupations for them. This product could analyze more than 800 occupations across more than 20 Job families.
Not an another Psychometric test:
This product is a much larger in scope than Psychometric assessment and measures Job Skills, transferable skills, work activities, work conditions, work output than merely measuring skills, interest and abilities as in Psychometric.
Target Market: Corporates, Exec. MBA’s, Career counselors etc..
