One Click Tatkal form fill IRCTC

Hi All,

We often feel the same while booking tickets on IRCTC website specially tatkal tickets and if you managed to reach the passenger detail form, it takes some time to fill the details and while you fill the details, you might loose the seat.

So what if you can fill the whole form by single click. I had faced the same problem so decided to develop this small tool to make tatkal ticket booking easy on IRCTC website.

So here is the link of the tool: https://securitythinkerz.com/irctc/

visit the link and follow the steps.

1. fill all the passengers details.

2. after filling the form click on “Generate Bookmarklet”, when you’ll click this button a bookmark will be created.

3. just drag and drop it to your browser’s bookmark bar.

4. next time when you book the ticket and reach to the passenger detail form on IRCTC Website, just click the bookmark button you placed previously on your browser’s bookmark bar.

It will fill all the details and you good to go.

Hope this will help you out, It would be great if you could provide your feedback. 🙂

  1. Somehow this looks like replica of Magic Autofill by Amit Agarwal  https://ctrlq.org/irctc/

  2. Puneet, I guess due to passenger detail form, it is looking replica but thanks for sharing the links, its a good blog. Cheers 🙂

  3. peeyoosh,

you might want to clarify this on alok’s fb page – check comments:

  5. Hi Asha, apologies for delay, Yes we got the idea from Amit Agrawal sir’s blog but we tried to keep it short (every thing on a single step). Generating the bookmarklet code we got from the following website

    https://www.benjaminkeen.com

    thanks to benjamin keen.

and design is same as IRCTC and Amit sir blog.

  6. peeyoosh, i may not be an app developer.

but i do know one thing. while developing new products, if you take inspiration from somewhere – the least you can do is give credit to the person. otherwise you will be perceived as a copycat and could get into trouble.

kindly add all of this to your post as an update under today’s date.

i’m very disappointed peeyoosh. alok even promoted your post 🙁

  7. So sorry asha, I was under the impression that I have mentioned Amit sir and Benjanmin keen ininto my post, Just read your reply and realized that I somehow forgot to include their names so here I have included their name.

    Won’t happen again.
