I am new to The Rodinhoods and have been following and reading posts here for more than a month now. Wish to seek feedback for our start-up from you all. Am sure your advice will help us improve our venture for the better.
The one main area in which we seek your advice is Business Development. Ideas for both online and offline business development are welcome. So are the ways in which we can improve the site and the overall experience of the customers. So, here is our story!
We have started a company called ORGMENTORS which is an executive training & development company that specializes in team building, leadership & sales training.

We design and deliver customized training programs pan India that help companies develop people capabilities to meet and exceed their business objectives.
We focus on keeping our programs rooted in reality – making training extremely practical and highly implementable. Our team specializes in getting an in-depth understanding of our customer’s business strategy, culture, expectations from key people and areas of development to devise plans specific to the organization’s needs. Hence, we design customized training solutions fine-tuned with the company strategy aimed at achieving desired mind-set shifts and enhancing relevant skills.
Our differentiator and most contemporary offering is ‘Video Based Learning’ which converts conventional training curriculum and even new learning areas into high impact videos, making the experience of learning extremely engaging and enjoyable.
We launched trial version of our site in October 2016 and has been received well by customers. However, we are working towards getting an improved version uploaded shortly.
The founding team comprises Zia and myself. Zia has worked in companies like ICICI Pru & Max New York Life in the Training department while I have worked in Hutch and Max New York Life at middle and senior level in Strategy, Business Development & Sales profiles.
Please let us know your first thoughts on checking out our site and ways in which we can do marketing. Also, we are bootstrapping this venture from our own funds.
