so i briefly went to site – the look and feel didn’t excite me (but then i’m not really your target audience). what i did really like is the fact that you have an emergency tool kit for travelling etc to keep handy. that’s cool.
your pop up testimonial box on the left is a tad annoying (to me). i prefer testimonials to slide on the site in an non-intrusive manner.
i love that the co-founders themselves reply to the live chat. a lot of time & energy is involved in answering live queries (first hand experience :))
pls add your twitter handle at the end. it will help me promote the post!

now for some feedback on your VIDEO.
I LOVE THE TREATMENT. the absence of v/o – the country style background music and the clear text – it’s easy to read.
BUT i really think you should look at a SHORTER VERSION as well – you can edit some of the beginning and come pretty much straight to the point at a later stage. i realise it’s about the art of telling the story – but in my experience a lot of folks want to know what’s in the offering.
YOUR BRANDING AND TAG:
you are sending out three different messages. i don’t think this should be about FALL IN LOVE WITH YOUR CAR AGAIN.
i think you should sell the fact of convenience + price
in your headline you’ve clearly mentioned – you are an one-stop shop for all auto parts
on your screenshot of the site it says – tired of buying expensive car parts?
so these two elements are what should be your positioning should be.
by saying “fall in love with your car again” – you are diluting your own positioning and the USP.
my suggestion – don’t confuse the potential customer with so many messages.

The whole idea with fall in love with your car again was – You fall out of love with your car when it starts giving you maintenance nightmares, now since we will help you maintain your car at a much lesser cost and lesser headache, you will be able to fall back in love with it.

I had a look at your website and was stunned by the inventory you guys have. The website is easy to navigate and well designed. I have one suggestion:
I am a layman and if I wanted to get something repaired/changed say like a bulb, I would take it to a service center and get it done. Because I do not have the expertise for it nor the patience to get my hands dirty 🙂
I believe a lot of car owners belong to this category. The typical purchase such owners do are car perfumes, cleaning kits, etc. In short – nothing under the hood.
You have a wonderful idea but I feel your product should focus more on B2B like service centers than B2C who might actually find it useful. Unless of course you guys are planning to send technicians to install the products purchased on your site. You could charge extra for it but a customer wouldn’t mind it rather than driving to a service center and waiting for hours to get minor fixes done.
