Okay, so I am new here and I still working around this site. Little background about me, I have been in Analytics and consulting services for past 12 years mainly around sales compensation and forecasting.
I want to move into the restaurant business and want to setup a wine place (have the concept clear in my head) but I am struggling with logistics.
Let me explain, so I have an idea what I want the place to look like, what I want to serve and what are my target customers etc. I understand I need to figure out the supply chain but here are the challenges I am facing (still in early stages but I hope I will get a lot more through this conversation):
- What are the legal things need to be taken care of to start a place that will serve wine in Pune, Maharashtra?
- What are things that I will need to consider when thinking of supply chain for wine and food?
- How to approach of any sort of funding?
I have had enough people demotivating me that I should start with a low scale restaurant which doesn’t have much initial investment but like all I think my concept is good
