You can explore POSist. I have been lucky enough to evaluate them from Version 2 till date (2 years now). Its on cloud & have mind blowing features and takes care of Bills ; Inventory ; Cards ; Recipes ; HR ; Taxation & can be plugged in to any accounting software too viz tally. The price range would be approx 12K for a years subscription and yes they can provide you POS hardware if you want from them.
