The idea is, if we could provide protection, so that it could serve a startup’s needs, based on how they look towards their idea, from short-term to long-term.
Statutory filing fees, apart, the company could pay, whatever they feel like.
Practically, if they are principally an IP driven firm, where their core business is into creation of IP asset & monetisation at Technology Transfer & Licensing (TTL) level, they are fee to look beyond, what we may secure, at the current & future levels.
