We are looking at hiring at least one Digital Marketing Maverick to join our team. We want to stay clear of the “Agency” type of lads who are into “budget allocation” and are looking at folks with actual skill sets to run very data driven social media ad campaigns. We want to the experience of the On ground Foot Soldier

Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility of managing Social Media Ad Campaigns on www.planetsuperheroes.com to increase traffic as well as conversions
• Managing Paid Ads across Social Media – such as Facebook / Twitter / Instagram
• Managing Planet Superheroes’ Social Media Profile such as Facebook Page, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn
• Strategize, Design and Plan the entire marketing campaign for Planet Superheroes on Social Media
• Manage Google Ad words and other PPC campaigns such as Yahoo / Bing
• Manage Planet Superheroes’ daily emailers

Must have Skills:

• Superior understanding of Facebook, Twitter & Instagram Ads
• Superior understanding of Google Ad words
• Proper Understanding of Audience Targeting, Competitor Mirroring, Re-targeting and Optimizing campaigns via A/B testing
• Previous experience working for a B2C e-commerce company or experience handling similar transaction driven ecommerce campaigns
• Good communication, Creativity, Data driven and Analytical Approach
• Candidates will undergo technical interview in a case study format and the above skills are absolutely required

Compensation:

• Commensurate with experience and ability to demonstrate value
• Lucrative stock options available as this is a Senior Management / VP role to lead the Marketing efforts at PSH
