I am a professional but also operate and manage a retail pharmacy in the Delhi/NCR region. This was part of a family set-up which has been spun off into a seperate entity, and I am looking to expand the business going forward. While there are a few operational issues I would seek thoughts on a regular basis, couple of issues i wanted to get help on are:
1. Networking: I am looking to connect with other professionals in retail who have had experience of managing retail stores, specifically pharmacies, or any individuals in organized pharma retail. I am looking to connect to exchange thoughts on regular basis, and also if workable seek co-founders/partners as I look to expand the business.
2. While there are a few templates available, just wondering if anybody has some ready to use or customizable excel template for cash management, P&L etc. to input expnses and sale on a daily basis and get some metrics. While we use one specific software for inventory and account managemnt, I am looking for something in excel etc. i can have handy in the laptop away from the physical location..
Any inputs will be welcome.
