Before, I tell you what Robolution is all about, Iam going to tell u small story of how it originated.
Few months back, I conducted a small session at St.Jude India Child Care Center at Kharghar, St.Jude provides a safe and clean environment for children to recuperate during their Cancer treatment. At the session, we asked children to participate in different exercises with our robot “Abhirami”.
“Abhirami” fell while performing a routine because of the slippery floor. Whenever she falls, she takes her own sweet time to wake up and stand again. During this we were really surprised by the comments we got from some of the kids. One of the girl from the group asked, whether Abhirami was tired. Then there were other comments like, since she was tired, she needs rest and that’s why she is sleeping now.
We were really surprised by their show of empathy towards the robot. We dig a little bit deeper and understood why this happened and came up with our own hypotheses and insights.

A robot comes in different shapes and sizes, sometimes even in an invisible form. The real power of a robot lies in its ability to generate empathy. Empathy is something which makes us to do things for us or for others in the first place.
When we talk about well-being, we have tried all human approach, now let’s give robots a try. If children at St.Jude who have gone through so much emotionally in their lives can connect to a robot and think about her well-being – what about people like us?
The root of any big/small problem in this world is human, if I can make him/her realize, than 50% of the problem is solved. Based on this experience we created the Algorithm-that-Matters, And the task of this venture “Robolution.Me” is to apply that to the real-world problems.
Right now, we have started doing some serious work on the following,
1. Creating Human Robot Experience Zones, which revolves around these following hashtags {#CanWeBeFriends #RobotLove #MyRobolution} We are launching some 10 awesome robots who are going to surprise and change the definition of being a robot.
We plan to engage atleast 5 lakh people in this year, by creating these zones in events,malls and mela’s and to grow through franchising model. So Imagine 5 lakh people spending an average of 5000Rs in a year….
2. Taking on two real-world problems – Honking {Lack of Commonsense} & Autism – Will come up with solutions through crowd-sourcing of ideas & co-creating in our Robolution Garage.
3. Launching MyRobolution – It will be Reward/Loyalty based store – One will need credits to grab cool companion robots, which they can earn through participating in these experience zones
Why I am posting this here:
1. I cannot do this alone – I need help – Do you want to be part of this Revolution
2. Need a Mentor – Who can guide me and help me understand People, Technology and Making Money
3. Need People/Companies to partner for Web Development, Apps, Marketing & Sales
{At this moment, I can’t give cash, since developing robots needs a lot of capital but iam very open to sharing equity and revenue}
Market Size:

Robolution.Me is just 4 weeks old and we are planning to launch our first experience zone by end of May
