It was a cloudy evening, and the seminar hall of Hotel Annalakshmi, Coimbatore had the presence of close to 15 participants who are entrepreneurs from multiple business backgrounds. TheRodinhoods Coimbatore Oct 2012 event showed its success through its vibrant range of participants from constructions industries, design studios, people management, strategy modelers, successful IT entrepreneurs and students with the curiosity to start-up and new business operation and win as an entrepreneur.
The October 2012 episode started with an introduction about what Rodinhood is all about, and it power of guidance to entrepreneurs towards success. It was explained to the participants the concept of Rodinhood and also about the powerful leadership of 3000 minds in any business critical issue.
Once again I took the opportunity to present the slideshow pack on “Products Vs. Services” – designed by Alok Kejriwal. ‘It was a clear guidance to many start-ups for their first step’ – the comment from numerous participants.
Venkat – a long time member of TheRodinhoods, shared the thought process of TheRodinhoods as “The more you give, the more you get back”. He also talked about the power and need of networking in business scenarios through the comparison of diamond and graphite.
Srinivasan, running a computer hardware business successfully, shared his points on time management and people management as basic issues of every entrepreneurs cross in his early days.
Nitin, an young and aspiring entrepreneur from construction business shared information on his services, and his points on how the construction business is evolving in Coimbatore.
Parthasarai shared his points on how a great environmental factor is improving the productivity and value of entrepreneurship, through his experience backgrounds including banking and movie industries.
Selvan – a young chap with internet marketing background, Pramila – a successful entrepreneur running a design studio, and Sangeetha – a yet to be entrepreneur also shared their valuable inputs on their business areas, interests and expectations from Coimbatore rodinhoods forum.
