   Hi Raxit,

   It is what I usually do if I’m travelling in the same direction, and there are people who want to travel the same way, I either car pool or rick pool with them.

   I also would say 8 June anyone on the Western Line, I live in Vile Parle and will be taking my ride to BKC, thus anyone planning to join do let me know on 9699-246-444. And if anyone taking their ride and can pick me up on the way then too let me know, I don’t mind joining up. 

   I have a hatch back so I can accommodate 4 people easily, so anyone do note up my number and can jus text me. 

   Rixit an excellent idea, and an excellent opportunity at the Open House to meet people whom we might just meet for a few hours can be connected also due to the ride.

   I’ve been following SmartMumbaikar closely since last few months and have had an opportunity to see how it works. Well, it works like a charm. It’s magical how technology can connect the offline world and create an impact in our daily lives. SmartMumbaikar is one such idea, I feel. Solving a real world problem.

   hey Raxit,

   Slow down bro, don’t think about discounts while your setting up, be patient and not hyper (it’s the word which I use rather than impatient). You need to take a step by step to reach out, you begin with one then to a few, n then to all. 

   Like Rodinhooders in Mumbai are few as compared to the cities working class who drive all alone even though knowing that there are friends who also work on the way yet they don’t do car-pooling.

   I know a lot of people who do car pooling. But seriously when you are launching your company don’t jump to give discounts to every tom, dick and harry.

   About me, currently I work from home and rarely take my car unless any work, I usually take trains as I don’t travel during peak hours. Secondly, even while I’m working on my entrepreneur dream which is now close to its finale. I will yet be taking train as its convenient to me, or else might take an E-bike as to reduce all my cost, and travel relaxed. So try to hook with those who are working in BKC and travel by their sedans or limos, then target Andheri and Worli, places which get congested during peak hours.

   And discount is not a good idea to woo customers, I would say why not give a loyalty bonus, say you charge 5 members an annual fee and say you charge for 9 or 10 months and the rest is waived off. You could also give them say free fuel to each of them, like for example:

   Your Annual fees : 12,000/-

   Free fuel : 2,000/-

   Net Income : 10,000/-

    Did try it once again, with the NEW code received on the mobile number as listed on the next page this is what is received

    Maybe adding to the post general domain email ids are blacklisted would be helpful to keep members wondering what went wrong.

    Guys: Gmail/Yahoo/Hotmail/AOL is blocked. You can use rodinhoodD@m4mum.com where DD is some random numbers like rodinhood99/rodinhood3333@m4mum.com etc and use Email verification code as 9999
