Should every Entrepreneur and Pro have a Blog? Why then we don’t blog?

I met many Entrepreneurs and most of them feel they should blog only some blog and some really blogs well ….. Is it really advisable for Entrepreneurs/Professionals to have blog? If yes then why many are not blogging …
