This seems exactly in the lines of Top10.com which even received funding in 2011 . (link to the TC article- https://tcrn.ch/pPtXAa).
Cannot decode why this sitecompany went down. (the current top10.com is a different website all together)
I thought the idea and the website was awesome then and and so is listopten.com .
