   You also talk to  Rodinhooder Rahul Am of Dial2Verify . They do lot of stuff around mobile and telephony and could also give you lot of insight on permissions etc.

   Hi Alok sir,

   I want to create a offline SMS app, using my own SMS gateway API .. but i realized that even if i’ve my own SMS gateway.. End user should have Mobile Net to send/receive SMS..
