Hi,
I am on the verge of completing the development of a mobile app through a developer. Looking for any ready legal template or format which covers the handover of the app , its content and its IPR totally and completely to me on the the payment of the developers residual amount.
Also looking for a NOC format which could be used while filing for copyright protection on some of the unique aspects of the app, especially the way it uses inputs from the social media profiles of users.
Any help or suggestions will be sincerely appreciated.

I did sign an NDA and IPR protection agreement . I am unable to upload it for some reason, although its avery small file.
