I have recently noticed that these has been a surge in the number of e commerce sites that sell tshirts. We all know that ecommerce is on a major rise in India across all segments and apparels take up the biggest chunk of that. Still the number of sites that deal in tshirts (exclusively or tshirts being prime segment) has increased many folds.
Is there any specific reason for this? Or are their any factors that make selling tshirs easy/comfortable compares to other items.

1) India is teeming with youngsters and they love Tshirts.
2) Tshirts are easy to mass produce and modify.
3) Even for the buyer things cannot go much wrong wif they buy tshirts online.with all the return schemes,free deliveries,size charts,colour combinations,advance zoomin features,texture details etc.So people buy these without a second thought.
4) Even the chances of damage is not much when compared to other delicate dresses or accessories in general.
5)A huge market and easy of manufacturing and production makes this business one of the most sought after.
And due credit has to be given to those people selling a varied mix of creative and fun tshirts and making moolah inspite of competition.
