Along with sharing this with all of you, I want you all to come up with points/measures that you implement or wish to implement or think should be implemented at start-ups for talent retention. Share some of the measures that have really helped you in Talent Acquisition & Retention.
To add to this, also answer my quest –
” When it’s a start-up the focus should be on starting and setting the whole business up – at first and then thinking about the HR policies, rules and regulations, or the same should go simultaneously?
My feeling says, a simultaneous approach helps the growth of individual as well as the organization, if the individual cannot relate himself/herself to the organization or the vision of the start-up, then it’s both the parties that suffer.
