TATA TELE (NO SERVICES)

Hi All,

I have received the worst ever service from TATA TELESERVICES in the past month. We were under crazy pressure to launch our site www.kidzoba.com and I contacted them (a good 3 weeks prior to my launch) to give me a good number and to give me call hunting facility.
Its been more than a month now, their equipment’s are in my office but NO SERVICE to start the same yet. I have penned down all my plight and sent it to their email id but I want some really senior guy to read it and take some strict action. I wish that happens through this blog post and people know about this trauma that we have gone through.

HERE GOES THE MAIL SENT TO THEM

HI ALL,

Mr. Charanjeet / Mr. Hemant Patel / Mr. Sachin (Mumbai – Sales Head) and all others,

I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AT THE SERVICES THAT TATA TELESERVICES OFFERS. SUPRISING THAT THE NAME ALSO HAS SERVICES IN IT WHEN THERE IS NO SERVICE GIVEN.

FOLLOWING ARE THE COMPLAINS:

We were about to launch our website www.kidzoba.com for which we needed a customer service number urgently.

– Mr. Ravi (Sales Person) came to our office almost a month back and wasted two days in understanding from our side two basic things :

1. We need a good number.

2. We need call hunting.

Post 2 days (i.e. approx 6 to 8 working hours and atleast 50 calls to various people in Tata) he gave us a number 64596459 which we finalised.

He also said that we should go for a EPABX connection to achieve call hunting (MIND YOU HE IS NOT TRAINED FOR SELLING THIS SERVICE SO HE DID NOT BOTHER TO GIVE US PROPER INFO ABOUT THE SAME AS WELL)

– We agreed to both and booked the number as well. He committed that the connection will be live in 5 to 7 working days.

– Post my RIGOROUS follow ups with Ravi (who went for a holiday and left us hanging) and Mr. Manish Patel we got various things PLACED IN OUR OFFICE FROM VARIOUS OUTSOURCED TEAMS post 15 working days.

– EVEN AFTER ALL THAT MESS I HAVE FOLLOWED UP WITH ALL THE PEOPLE MENTIONED ABOVE THAT PLEASE COME OVER TO MY OFFICE AND SORT THIS OUT. I NEED THE EPABX TEAM TO COME AND START CALL HUNTING ALSO

THERE IS JUST NO RESPONSE

– I HAD ALSO SPOKEN TO MR. CHARANJEET SOME TWO WEEKS BACK AND MENTIONED THAT ONE OF THE LINES OF THE 16 LINES THEY HAVE GIVEN US NEEDS TO BE 64596459.

THERE IS NO RESPONSE ON THIS ONE AS WELL.

THIS IS THE WORST WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. I AM PUTTING UP THIS SAME EMAIL ON FACEBOOK AND OTHER SOURCES AND BLOGS ONLINE. I HOPE THIS IS READ BY SOME REALLY SENIOR AND RESPONSIBLE RESOURCE IN TATA TELESERVICES AND SOME ACTION IS TAKEN.

ABOVE ALL I WANT TO DISCONTINUE ALL THIS SO TAKE AWAY ALL THE EQUIPMENT INSTALLED IN MY OFFICE AND DARE NOT SEND ME A BILL FOR ANYTHING AS I AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR YOUR SERVICES WHICH YOU NEVER OFFERED.

I HAVE FOLLOWED UP EVERY 48 HOURS WITH THE PEOPLE MENTIONED ABOVE BUT THEY JUST ASSURE ME THAT THEY WILL CALL BACK. POST WHICH I AGAIN CALL.

I HAVE LOST HOPE AND DONT WANT THEIR SERVICE ANY MORE.
