DiligenceVault is a cloud-based SaaS platform aspiring to transform the current process of investing in hedge funds, private equity funds, exchange traded funds, and mutual funds.

DiligenceVault combines the founder’s knowledge of the industry with the power of technology to create a new generation investment platform by focusing on:

About You

Have you ever been curious about how investments work? How do VCs, PE funds, institutional investors, family offices, and other investors go about forming investment decisions? At DiligenceVault, you will have opportunities to learn about ‘behind the scenes’ of important financial / investment decisions.

You will lead a core development team of 3-5 that believes in changing the way the asset management industry deals with critical investment decisions. You will have ownership of a complex, scalable enterprise platform where usability, data integrity and security are major challenges. 

For a successful tech lead, following characteristics are required:

1. Strong foundation in algorithm and data structures, database design
2. Demonstrated experience is leading a team in work, volunteering or athletic setting
3. Extensive knowledge of responsible coding standards, code optimization, debugging
4. Subscribe to agile development methodology
5. Prior start-up experience a plus
6. Experience in Cloud-based SaaS platform a plus

Current technology Stack includes HTML5 / CSS / JQuery / AngularJS / D3.JS / Python /.NET / C# / SQL Azure / AJAX / JSON / XML / REST API.
