The Monk who actually sold his Ferrari! :)

My first rodinhood meet was mesmerizing! Was really excited about the whole thing and especially meeting THE Rodinhood! But must say someone stole the show this time ..And hearts too..It was Nithya Shantiji..This post is dedicated to life long value and joyousness we all got from Nithyaji!

Nithyaji! He was the most genuine person I ever met. As he told the most difficult thing is to be in your own skin! I observed his smile when I went up to him after the sessions..His smile was radiance. Actually I would like to call it collective smile from all the people present! Next time you smile try to make your eyes close…That was the smile of Nithyaji! It made me fell in love with a smile…The simpleness of the talk or was it the smile but till now I feel my thoughts have been surrounded by that smile…

The start was pure energy! It has to be heard to be felt and I believe it was sound of pure silent energy. Nithyaji started with pure sounds from the tibetian bowl. One presenter later described that hearing the sound he felt he was high on dope. Such was the energy of such pureness..I just felt calm energy within me.

And started the session. We affirmed ourselves of the great lessons and joy we would receive in evening and it all felt so true when we said the affirmations. That was the collective power that even the tiredness of the day felt like a breeze!

The session was about the Big leap forward! Nithyaji’s journey from a 16 year college student who practiced meditation 1st time to corporate dissatisfied hotshot guy to living a monks life amid 50acres of nature to the presently helping people attain joy..Finding your true calling is a journey worth your time! Big leap for me personally was waiting..Waiting for your big leap to come to you..Not in a haste you take the big leap but like a breeze the big leap takes you away! So burn your heart find your big leap and it will take you away…

Gratitude! Yes thats what will leave you with the persistence and energy Rodinhooders need to DO things..

Some key learning about giving love, true calling, decision making, the green-yellow-red light theory, power of one habit making it your life, and so many small things ….

In the end Nithyaji made it simple for us…He told we may forget everything but lets follow any one thing and breathe that thing for the rest of our life..Be it gratidue, be it compassion, be it consiousness in the present!..And he left us with SMSMSMSM! 😀

On popular demand once again pure silent music of the bowl! this time it left me Smiling!

Later he answered our inquisitive minds…Alok sir asked what everyone had in their mind and their wallets…How to handle the currency of failure evry entrepreneur carries in its wallet! Nobody wants it, nobody will take it, you cant sell it…But thats all you have..How to embrace failure and pain!

i’ll put it this way…My ultimate dream is to see my company listed oneday! And when a company goes public what it sells is not shares but the currency of failure now hardened into a diamond to the public to give away , to share and to grow the diamond! Giving away your currency of failure! Coz success is nothing but a collection of failures..
